These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CasaPro website at www.casaprodesign.com and the related online services, tools, features, content, and purchasing functionality made available by Casapro US Holdings Inc. (“CasaPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order.
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting information, using our online tools, or purchasing products through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains return eligibility, refund procedures, applicable restocking fees, transportation costs, order cancellations, and other return conditions.
If a specific product, promotion, service, or transaction includes additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase, those additional terms will also apply.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, to create an account or place an order through the Site.
When creating or using a CasaPro account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
CasaPro may use your telephone number as an account identifier and for account verification, order-related communications, customer service, and other operational purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your account information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and verification information;
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
- Activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Please contact CasaPro promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
CasaPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that threatens CasaPro, our customers, or the Site.
3. Use of the Site
CasaPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for legitimate personal or business purposes relating to CasaPro products and services.
You may not use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit fraudulent, false, speculative, or unauthorized orders;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, network, database, or system;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
- Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
- Circumvent Site security or access restrictions;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically collect Site content or data without CasaPro’s prior written authorization;
- Use automated tools, bots, or similar technologies to access the Site in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Site;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Site technology except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person;
- Use Site content or data to develop, train, or improve commercial artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without CasaPro’s prior written consent; or
- Use the Site for any fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial purpose.
CasaPro may take reasonable measures to prevent or respond to prohibited activity.
4. Product Information
CasaPro makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, pricing, and availability.
However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences resulting from manufacturer changes, system updates, data-entry errors, or other circumstances.
CasaPro does not guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, availability information, or other Site content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Manufacturers may modify product specifications, packaging, finishes, dimensions, or other characteristics without notice.
Where a manufacturer specification conflicts with general Site content, the applicable manufacturer documentation may control.
5. Product Images, Colors, Patterns, and Samples
Product photographs, room scenes, digital renderings, samples, and other visual materials are intended to help customers evaluate products.
Actual products may vary from images displayed on a screen due to:
- Monitor and device settings;
- Lighting conditions;
- Photography and image processing;
- Natural variation in wood, stone, or other materials;
- Manufacturing variation;
- Pattern variation;
- Dye, color, or production-lot differences; and
- Other characteristics inherent in the product.
Images shown on the Site should therefore not be treated as a guarantee that the physical product will appear exactly the same in every environment.
Where appearance is important to a project, customers should review available samples or physical products before purchasing or installing large quantities.
6. Product Availability and Inventory
Products displayed on the Site may not always be available.
Inventory information may change due to:
- In-store purchases;
- Online purchases;
- Inventory transfers;
- Returns;
- Damage;
- System processing delays; or
- Other operational circumstances.
Displaying a product as available does not constitute a guarantee that the product will remain available until CasaPro accepts and begins fulfilling an order.
CasaPro may limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales of certain products, or cancel unavailable items where reasonably necessary.
If CasaPro is unable to fulfill an order that has already been paid, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected amount.
7. Pricing, Promotions, and Errors
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars.
Applicable sales tax, delivery charges, and other transaction-specific charges may be added during checkout.
Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special pricing may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity restrictions, or other limitations.
CasaPro makes reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, system, data-entry, or other error, CasaPro reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:
- Correct the error;
- Contact you and offer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price; or
- Cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid for that item.
CasaPro is not required to fulfill an order at a clearly erroneous price where applicable law permits the order to be corrected or cancelled.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in the order.
An automated email, webpage, text message, or other communication acknowledging receipt of your order does not necessarily mean that CasaPro has finally accepted the order.
Before accepting and fulfilling an order, CasaPro may verify:
- Product availability;
- Pricing;
- Payment authorization;
- Quantity;
- Pickup location;
- Delivery availability;
- Delivery information;
- Customer information; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to fulfill the transaction.
CasaPro generally accepts an order when the order has been reviewed and fulfillment begins, which may include releasing merchandise from inventory for pickup or delivery.
CasaPro reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:
Product unavailability;
Pricing or product-information errors;
Payment failure;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
Delivery or fulfillment limitations;
Quantity limitations; or
Other circumstances preventing reasonable fulfillment of the order.
If CasaPro cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Payment
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information for purchases made through the Site.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
Your payment method may be authorized or charged when you place an order or during order processing, depending on the applicable payment method and payment provider.
If CasaPro cancels an order for which payment has already been collected, we will process the applicable refund.
Normal approved refunds are not subject to an additional CasaPro credit-card refund fee.
Refund timing after CasaPro processes a refund may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact CasaPro as soon as possible.
An order may generally be cancelled before the merchandise has been released from CasaPro inventory or shipped for fulfillment.
Once merchandise has been released from inventory or shipped, the transaction will generally be handled under the CasaPro Return & Refund Policy rather than as a standard order cancellation.
Additional return conditions, transportation charges, and any applicable restocking fee may apply.
11. Pickup and Delivery
CasaPro may offer store pickup and/or delivery depending on the product, inventory location, customer location, and other fulfillment conditions.
Available options will be presented where applicable during the ordering process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Contact information;
- Pickup information;
- Delivery address;
- Access information; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to complete fulfillment.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless CasaPro expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Delays may occur because of inventory availability, traffic, weather, carrier operations, customer availability, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside CasaPro’s reasonable control.
Customers should inspect products at pickup or promptly following delivery and report visible shortages, incorrect items, or damage in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations after fulfillment begins, and refunds are governed by the CasaPro Return & Refund Policy.
Among other conditions, return eligibility may depend on:
- The time since delivery or pickup;
- Product condition;
- Original packaging;
- Whether the product has been opened;
- Whether the product has been installed or used;
- Whether the product can reasonably be resold;
- Product category; and
- Whether the return results from customer choice or CasaPro responsibility.
Certain cabinet returns may be subject to a restocking fee as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
Clearance, Closeout, Final Sale, As-Is, or similarly designated products may be subject to additional return restrictions.
Please review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing if return eligibility is important to your decision.
13. Flooring Calculator and Quantity Estimates
CasaPro may provide calculators or other tools to help estimate flooring area, quantity, box count, waste allowance, or other project requirements.
These tools are provided for convenience only.
Any calculation generated by the Site is an estimate, not a guarantee of the amount of material required for a particular project.
Actual requirements may vary depending on:
- Room dimensions;
- Layout;
- Installation direction;
- Cutting;
- Pattern matching;
- Waste;
- Product dimensions;
- Subfloor conditions;
- Installation method;
- Installer practices; and
- Other project-specific circumstances.
If the Site provides an option to add a suggested waste allowance, including a percentage such as 10%, that allowance is also an estimate and may not be appropriate for every project.
Customers are responsible for verifying actual measurements and material requirements before ordering.
For significant projects, CasaPro recommends confirming quantities with the applicable installer, contractor, or other qualified professional.
14. AI, Visualization, and Digital Design Tools
CasaPro may provide artificial intelligence, visualization, design, room-preview, or similar digital tools that allow users to upload images or other information and preview products or design concepts.
These tools are intended for visualization and planning purposes only.
AI-generated or digitally generated content may contain inaccuracies and may not accurately represent:
- Actual product color;
- Scale;
- Dimensions;
- Texture;
- Pattern;
- Lighting;
- Material characteristics;
- Product availability;
- Construction feasibility; or
- Final installed appearance.
AI or visualization results do not constitute architectural drawings, engineering plans, professional design advice, installation instructions, product warranties, or guarantees of project results.
Customers should verify actual products, dimensions, specifications, site conditions, and installation requirements before purchasing or installing products.
CasaPro may modify, suspend, or discontinue digital tools at any time.
15. Installation and Professional Advice
Unless CasaPro expressly agrees otherwise in writing, information provided through the Site does not constitute professional architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
Product guides, articles, calculators, FAQs, recommendations, AI outputs, and installation-related information are provided for general informational purposes.
Customers and their contractors or installers are responsible for determining:
- Whether a product is appropriate for the intended application;
- Actual measurements;
- Site and subfloor conditions;
- Moisture requirements;
- Installation methods;
- Applicable permits;
- Applicable building codes; and
- Other project-specific requirements.
Customers should review applicable manufacturer installation instructions and warranties before installation.
16. User Submissions
CasaPro may allow or invite users to submit information or materials, including:
- Reviews;
- Comments;
- Feedback;
- Suggestions;
- Ideas;
- Photographs;
- Videos;
- Before-and-after images;
- Design content;
- Room images;
- Project information;
- Content uploaded to visualization or AI tools; and
- Other materials voluntarily submitted to CasaPro
collectively, “Submissions.”
Except for personal information governed by our Privacy Policy, and except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Submissions shall be deemed and shall remain the property of CasaPro upon submission.
To the extent any ownership rights in a Submission do not automatically transfer to CasaPro, you hereby assign to CasaPro, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all right, title, and interest that may be assigned in the Submission.
As an additional and independent grant of rights, you grant CasaPro a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to:
- Use;
- Reproduce;
- Store;
- Modify;
- Adapt;
- Translate;
- Publish;
- Display;
- Distribute;
- Create derivative works from;
- Promote;
- Advertise;
- Commercialize; and
- Otherwise use
the Submission in any medium or format, whether currently known or developed in the future.
CasaPro will not be required to compensate you for its use of a Submission unless CasaPro separately agrees otherwise in writing.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Submissions are not subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the Submission or otherwise have sufficient rights to submit it;
- The Submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other right of another person;
- You have obtained any permissions required from individuals appearing in the Submission; and
- Your Submission does not violate applicable law or these Terms.
The ownership and license provisions in this Section do not eliminate or restrict privacy rights that cannot legally be waived, and CasaPro’s handling of personal information contained in Submissions remains subject to the CasaPro Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
CasaPro may remove, decline to publish, or stop using any Submission at its discretion.
17. CasaPro Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including, as applicable:
- CasaPro names and logos;
- Website design;
- Graphics;
- Product presentation;
- Text;
- Articles;
- Photographs;
- Videos;
- Icons;
- Software;
- Calculators;
- Digital tools;
- AI and visualization interfaces;
- Databases; and
- Other Site materials
are owned by or licensed to CasaPro and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Product names, manufacturer trademarks, photographs, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, Site content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without the prior written permission of CasaPro or the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of CasaPro trademarks, technology, content, or other intellectual property.
18. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
CasaPro respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe material appearing on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us and provide sufficient information to identify:
- The protected work or right;
- The allegedly infringing material;
- Where the material appears;
- Your contact information; and
- The basis for your claim.
CasaPro may investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, such as:
- Payment providers;
- Mapping services;
- Social-media platforms;
- Delivery or logistics providers;
- Analytics providers;
- Advertising platforms;
- Manufacturers; and
- Technology or AI service providers.
Third-party services are operated independently from CasaPro and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
CasaPro does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of independent third-party websites or services.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean CasaPro endorses every statement, product, service, or practice of that third party.
20. Electronic Communications
When you use the Site, create an account, submit an inquiry, or place an order, you may receive electronic communications relating to your transaction or relationship with CasaPro.
These may include:
- Order acknowledgements;
- Payment information;
- Pickup or delivery information;
- Account verification;
- Security notices;
- Return or refund communications; and
- Customer-service communications.
You agree that communications provided electronically may satisfy legal requirements that such communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails, marketing text messages, or telemarketing calls where separate consent is required by law.
Marketing communications are governed by the applicable consent choices and our Privacy Policy.
21. Site Availability
CasaPro does not guarantee that the Site, account features, checkout, calculators, AI tools, or other digital services will be available without interruption.
The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- System failures;
- Internet outages;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Security incidents; or
- Other technical or operational circumstances.
CasaPro may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features of the Site where reasonably necessary.
22. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its digital content, tools, calculators, recommendations, and functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CasaPro does not warrant that:
- The Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
- Every error will be corrected immediately;
- Digital tools or AI outputs will always be accurate;
- Product availability information will always reflect real-time inventory;
- Website content will always be complete or current; or
- Use of the Site will produce any particular project, design, business, or purchasing outcome.
These disclaimers apply to the Site and digital functionality and do not eliminate any product warranty, statutory warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Specific products may also be covered by manufacturer warranties or other written warranties.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CasaPro and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from your use of or inability to use the Site or its digital tools.
This may include, where legally permitted, loss resulting from reliance on:
- Website content;
- Calculators;
- AI-generated content;
- Digital visualizations;
- Third-party links; or
- Temporary Site unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any non-waivable right or remedy available to consumers under applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CasaPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;
- Your material violation of these Terms;
- Fraudulent activity conducted through your account;
- Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property or other rights; or
- A Submission that you did not have the right to provide.
This provision does not require you to indemnify CasaPro for CasaPro’s own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
25. Suspension and Termination
CasaPro may suspend or terminate access to the Site or an account if CasaPro reasonably determines that:
- These Terms have been materially violated;
- Fraud or unauthorized activity has occurred;
- The Site or another person is at risk;
- The account is being used unlawfully; or
- Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect CasaPro or its customers.
Termination of Site access does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, Submissions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing-law provisions, will survive to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
28. No Waiver
CasaPro’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or CasaPro’s right to enforce it in the future.
29. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CasaPro’s prior written consent.
CasaPro may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular purchase, product, service, or promotion, constitute the agreement between you and CasaPro regarding your use of the Site and applicable online transactions.
If a specific written agreement between you and CasaPro expressly conflicts with these Terms, the specific written agreement will control with respect to its subject matter.
31. Changes to These Terms
CasaPro may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:
- Our Site;
- Products or services;
- Business operations;
- Technology;
- Legal requirements; or
- Business practices.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
For product orders, the terms in effect when the applicable order was placed will generally govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties.
